Pho was really good and the place is pretty big. Definitely will be going back! Service was good

The Pho was amazing. The beef was dry and overcooked. But everything else was perfect.

The food, ambience & service is good. It's the only place closest to ahwatukee that has decent pho.

The service is great here our waiter was so accommodating and helpful. They have honey, chili paste, siracha, hoisin sauce most condiments if you ask. The pho is out of this world delicious. And I highly recommend the spring rolls. This is my go to pho place it's so delicious every time.

I don't know why this place has such low reviews. Yea it's not the best Vietnamese food in the world but dang how many restaurants have been the best you've ever tasted? This pho is still DELICIOUS and to me was one of those "can't go wrong" type of places. Their pho and broth was so yummy and flavorful I didn't even feel the need to season the broth with sriracha and hoisin like I usually do. The thin sliced brisket was actually tender and fresh tasting. We also ordered fresh spring which the pork was just ok and could use more seasoning on the meat but the shrimp one was fresh and hit the spot! Overall the restaurant was crowded and they had a spot to do karaoke but the service was still really fast! If I was in the area this would be my go to spot. I'd give it a try!

Oooo- this is my first visit to a Vietnamese restaurant and I will tell you, Pho Da Lat does not disappoint! We started out with a number of appetizers. When the server came back he had certain dips for each app, which was amazing! For our main meal 3 of the group ordered the pho with me ordering the Chef's Special, Pepper Tofu. Wow on all of it! I was told the pho was so good and such a large portion you can take it home for another meal! The owner is also the chef here so everything is made fresh to order. Service here was also spot on. Eat local and when you have a craving for Vietnamese go to Ph Da Lat!

Walked in Saturday evening with my GF - no wait at all plenty of seating. Place has a clean modern look to it but I knew it was authentic with the Vietnamese event posters outside the restaurant. On the front page of the menu they showed the clams, and they looked good so we ordered that and of course some pho. The clams were very good - 9/10 for me strong ginger flavor in this savory sauce. There's also cilantro and onions soaked in that sauce that's tasty with the clams. You can choose your spice level 1-5, and I opted for 3 to play it safe. Not too much heat but can tell it was there. The pho was very interesting. I thought the broth was VERY fatty/oily, but it provided a strong beef flavor; however, I couldn't get over the lack of spices I note in the broth. You could taste the usual pho spices (star anise, cinnamon, etc.), but was overpowered by the fatty richness of the broth in my opinion. I think it fills you up as a result and also helps the noodles be slick. Not that much beef (like really only a few slices huge bummer), but overall I thought it was not bad pho at all. Service was good, made recommendations after I asked and was really good on checking up on us throughout the meal. However, there was no side plates on the table options to pour your sauce in and also no chopsticks - we had to ask for them. I'm glad that it's even closer to me than Pho Chandler and Khai Hoan so I was really hoping it was better, but honestly I'm not sure if it is. I think it comes down to if you like your broth to be fatty and richer beef flavor taste.

The ginger clams were good, refreshing from the ginger and cilantro. A little sweet and a little spicy. Got a few bites of sand (or shell?) but overall very good. I got a spice level of 3 but would probably get more spicy next time. The pho was pretty good, had a strong beef flavor. It was a bit oily and not too much meat inside, but overall pretty good. The broth didn't taste murky like some other pho spots I've been to.

What a gem! Been wanting to visit this restaurant since I moved to Arizona but didn't get a chance. Today was the day. Came for physiotherapy next door and had to stop by for some Vietnamese food. I ordered the spicy tofu with spice level 5 entree and it was delicious just as I had imagined it to be. The Vietnamese iced coffee was authentic and tasted exactly the same as it did in Vietnam. My husband loved his pho with 2 entree (chicken & brisket). The service was really quick and nice. There's ample parking too. It's a must visit for anyone who loves Vietnamese food or is willing to experiment. Definitely returning.
